A pale malt base to showcase stunning UK hop variety CF247, so new it has yet to acquire a name. The newest hop to emerge from Charles Faram’s hop development programme. The aroma on these hops is stunning with bold grapefruit, lemon flavours coming through. More fruit throughout the body with mango notes and summer fruits.  Great to be able to get hold of new British varieties on a par with US hops and sustainable too.
