Colour: Very pale

Bitterness: 25 IBUs

Beer Type: Pale Ale

It’s our best selling beer for a reason. Simple pale malts provide a base for a complex blend of hops. The colour is very pale with lemon citrus and floral flavours, progressing to a spicy mouthfeel and a clean earthy bitterness in the finish.

Bitterness: 26 IBUs

Beer Type: IPA

With more late hop additions than we’ve ever used on a session IPA this is a bit special! El Dorado and Citra hops in massive quantities create a huge aroma of ripe mango and peach with a hint of citrus. These bold fruit flavours continue throughout with a gentle bitterness and a crisp clean finish.

Contains water, barley (gluten), wheat (gluten) hops and yeast. Vegan Friendly and brewed to a gluten free recipe by removing the gluten in the finished beer.

Colour: Rich Amber

Type: Best Bitter

Legend tells how the Devil offered to help build Durham Cathedral. He planned to make foundations of rock so crumbly than when thousands of people crowded into the Cathedral for its opening, the building would collapse, killing everyone inside. He dropped one of the stones in Castle Eden dene and it lays there still.

A strong traditional English best bitter. Deep amber in colour; Maris Otter malt is combined with Amber, Crystal and Oats to form a full and rich base for the hops to sit. Hedgerow and citrus orange aroma with a full and rich biscuit malt base, creating nutty toffee notes. Balanced by a satisfying bitterness and a long dry finish. A modern take on a British classic. Allergens barley & wheat, Gluten removed – LOW GLUTEN.
