Evolving independently, Zappa, has developed its own rebellious aroma and unique flavour characteristics. Passionfruit, mint, spice, tropical fruits and fruity pebbles. A perfect summer thirst-quencher.

Formerly known as White Stout. We have tweaked the recipe and increased the hop hit. The new take on this classic Durham beer deserved a new name. Alabaster – strong and pale.
Large amounts of aromatic Columbus hops over a full pale malt base. Aromas of citrus and black pepper. High bitterness is balanced by the full and rich malt body.
Contains water, barley (gluten), wheat (gluten), hops, orange peel and yeast. Vegan Friendly and brewed to a gluten free recipe in the same way as Magus but untested.

It’s our best selling beer for a reason. Simple pale malts provide a base for a complex blend of hops. The colour is very pale with lemon citrus and floral flavours, progressing to a spicy mouthfeel and a clean earthy bitterness in the finish.
Gluten free. In European law, beer which is under 20 ppm can be described as gluten free. We have used an enzyme to remove the gluten in Magus to less than 10 ppm gluten.

Type: Oak Aged Double IPA
Very limited release. Our stunning double IPA has been aged in an oak barrel. Less than 500 bottles. Hints of vanilla oak mingle with large amounts of aromatic US Columbus hops over a full pale malt base. Aromas of vanilla, tropical fruit and spice. High bitterness is smoothed by the aging and the body has become even more full and rich.

We’ve teamed this up with a new UK variety, Olicana and one of our all-time favourite New Zealand hops, Nelson Sauvin to add an extra dimension of white grape and gooseberry.
