Beer Type: Collaboration Old Ale
A collaboration with the amazing folk at Torrside Brewing in Derbyshire’s High Peak. We wanted to make something really special together so no expense has been spared on this beer and the malt bill is pretty hefty. We’ve combined Torrside’s love of smoke with our love of big traditional English ales. This is one to sit in front of the fire with. The malt base is complex with Vienna, Aromatic, Imperial and Crystal malts plus a touch of Beech Smoked and Peated malt creating a luscious mouthfeel. Big fruitcake qualities and a hint of whisky smoke. A touch of spice and orange notes come from the addition of Lubelski, Celeia and Brewers Gold hops with sweet orange peel added at the end of the boil.
Available in 30 litre Stainless Sankey kegs or Keykegs.

Beer Type: Strong Abbey Ale
This original beer follows in the tradition of strong Belgian beers, having their roots in Trappist practice. An intriguing combination of malts, including melanoidin and Munich malts produces big fruitcake flavours. A Belgian yeast has given a highly attenuated beer with flavours of dried fruits and sherry. Not often seen in cask due to its strength. Allergens Wheat (gluten) and Barley (gluten).
