For take-home we have 5 litre kegs of traditionally conditioned beer. No sediment, ready to drink.

Beer Type: Light Easy Lager
Full, sweet malt and subtle hops give a continental style pale beer. Hersbrucker and Saaz, combined with Cascade and Ernest make a very drinkable and slightly sweet and spicy lager.

Bitterness: 22 IBUs
Beer Type: Pale Clean Session Beer
Pale and smooth. One of the first “White Beers” and still one of the best. Lots of character and very quaffable. The base is provided by gentle Cluster, American hops.

Beer Type: German Pale

A modern beer, but not too bitter. For aroma it has Citra and Pacific Jade. Dry hopped with Lemondrop and Columbus.

Beer Type: American Style IPA
American style IPAFresh and sharp. Masses of American Columbus hops make a big floral aroma supported by forest fruits and citrus flavours. Big bitterness is balanced and smoothed by lots of character.

Beer Type: North East Scotch Entire
A dark old fashioned scotch in the northern tradition. Luscious sweet malts with toffee and chocolate topped off with a touch of Temptation. In years past a fresh running beer was mixed with a mature old ale. Ready mixed in the cask, this was called Entire.

Bitterness: 70 IBUs
Beer Type: American Double IPA
Golden double IPA with heaps of American hops giving it a big tropical fruit hop punch. 70 IBU’s means it’s bitter throughout but balanced with a sweet and complex mash. Dry hopped with Mosaic so a big floral hop aroma.

Temptation Imperial 10% abv
Colour: Black
Bitterness: 45 IBUs
Type: Russian Stout
Crystal malt, amber malt, black malt and roast barley in generous quantities generate a deep black colour and flavours to match. Roast bitterness, coffee and liquorice notes combine in a velvety rich malt texture. A full and sweetish body is balanced by traditional Goldings hops.

New Zealand Nelson Sauvin in the boil and dry hopped. A pale malt base allows these stunning hops to shine.

A lovely amber colour with a rich malt bill containing crystal rye and amber malt, among others. This luscious body is complemented by American casade and centennial hops. Subtle and satisfying!

Hops from New Zealand including Rakau and Motueka. Extreme bitterness but balanced by a full malt base with a touch of Vienna malt.

American IPA/bitter. Big on citrus aroma but tries to be balanced on bitterness. Clean, fresh aroma with lots of citrus from columbus hops and English quaffability.

A deep amber ale with peachy American Citra hops on the nose. Very aromatic but smooth in the body. Subtle smoke flavour comes from German oak smoked wheat.

Type: American Pale Ale
A massive Citra hop bouquet of peach and pine with robust grapefruit bitterness. For its abv, this beer packs a knockout punch.

A pale lightly hopped ale with elderflowers infused into the fermentation. Lightly hopped with Goldings and Amarillo, this makes the perfect summer thirst quencher.

Beer Type: Traditional Dark Stout
With a base of nine different malts, Black Bishop is full bodied and rich but still manages to be very sessionable. A clean, crisp, roast body gives way to a pleasantly smokey finish.
